By default, logging is not enabled for MediaSeal Secure Player. However, this can be enabled to assist in diagnosing any issues.
To enable logging:
- Open a command prompt (type cmd in the search and press Enter)
- Type "c:\Program Files (x86)\MediaSeal\Secure Player\MSSecurePlayer.exe" --log-file %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SecurePlayer.log --msg-level=all=trace
- Press Enter
The log file should be output to your desktop.
This file can be sent to the MediaSeal team for analysis.
