Issue

You see a grey window when opening Secure Player

Cause

A third party screen capturing tool maybe running.  This can happen if a screen recording software is running or when you are connected to the machine via a third party remote application.  MediaSeal Secure Player prevents screen grabbing and recording applications from capturing the video content.

Solution

Ensure you close any application that might be capturing your screen.

Ensure you are physically on the machine and are not using a remote tool.
