Why is my file only able to play with Secure Player/Secure Viewer?
Answer:
Files with the .MSF file extension will need to be played in Secure Player/Secure Viewer applications. If your encrypted files do not end with .MSF, then they can be accessed using your preferred application. If your application is not white-listed or available in the compatibility list for MediaSeal, please contact our support team (support@mediaseal.com) to request adding the applicaiton. You will need your application's process name and operating system it runs on.
