How do I open/access my MediaSeal encrypted files?
Answer:
To open/access an encrypted file, please:
- Ensure your MediaSeal Decryptor software is installed and running
- Ensure your MediaSeal licence is present, if files require iLok
- Open your file using your preferred application, for instance you can use QuickTime or VLC
- Enter the password you have received from your client for the file when prompted
- You should see an access granted prompt and your file should now be accessible within your preferred applications
