If you are unable to connect to the MediaSeal service, the first step is to ensure your computer is connected to the network and that you have a working internet connection.
If you can access websites through a browser but MediaSeal fails during a connectivity test, it’s possible that you are behind a proxy server.
Please consult your local IT administrator for more assistance. If you are indeed behind a proxy, you can configure your settings in the MediaSeal Decryptor application. To do this, click on the application icon and select the "Manage Zone Endpoint" menu item, where you can adjust your proxy settings. Go to the application icon, and click on the "Manage Zone Endpoint" menu item. You can configure your proxy settings there.
