Cause
The password you entered is incorrect.
Solution
1. Close the application you used to access the file.
2. Wait for 30 seconds.
3. Try to open the file again.
4. Enter the correct password once more.
Ensure that the password you are entering matches the correct password for the file you wish to access. Additionally, confirm the password with the content owner.
Once the password has been entered successfully, you should receive a notification that file access has been granted.
