Question:
How do I verify my files?
Answer:
Sometimes files do not ask for a password and they do not play anywhere. This is where you want to verify that the file is not corrupted nor broken. To do this simply right click on the purple MediaSeal icon and select the verification tab.
This will open up the encrypted files verification window. From here you select browse file and search for the file in question, select it and click the verify button on the bottom of the window. 
Verification Results:
- file is OK - Verification success the encryption wrapper integrity is OK
- File is NOT OK - File maybe corrupted, perhaps during transfer/download, please re-download the file and try again
