You receive the message “The file access time is closed”

Cause

The file that you are attempting has either a specific start time, end time or both start and end time set when you are permitted to view the content.

You are not able to access the content as the time limit on accessing the file has now expired or the file access start time has not been reached.

Solution

Please contact the content owner, for the valid times you are permitted to view the content.
